Privacy policy

This website is operated by ProActive H20 Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 05750649, based in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

If you have a question about your information, or you want a copy of what we hold, email steve@proactiveh2o.co.uk or call 07725 915931.

Only what you send us. If you fill in a form on this site that means your name, your phone number, your email address, the postcode or address of the property where the work is, and whatever you write in the message box. If you send us an existing quote, that document too.

We do not ask for payment details on this website and you should never send them through a form here.

To reply to you, arrange a visit, prepare a quote, and carry out and invoice the work if you go ahead. That is the whole list.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing companies, lead generators or data brokers. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.

If you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box on a form, we may text you about your enquiry, your appointment or your job. That is the only reason we would text you.

We will not sell or share your phone number or your consent with anyone else for their own marketing.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Opting out of texts does not affect the work: we will simply call or email you instead. Ticking the box is optional. You can request a quote without it.

Our email provider and the hosting for this website, because that is how a message physically reaches us. A merchant supplier where a part has to be ordered to your address. An accountant, for invoices, once you are a customer.

Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within two years. Records relating to work carried out are kept for six years, because gas work, warranties and tax records require it.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email steve@proactiveh2o.co.uk and you will get an answer within a month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use and whether they ring or send the form. It sets small analytics cookies to do that. It does not use advertising cookies and it does not follow you around the internet.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works the same either way.
